One for Voice for Volusia and Susan Elliott-Rink are excited to announce a series of Contextual Leadership workshops starting in 2023.
The Trade Up! Contextual Leadership program, facilitated by Susan Elliott-Rink, provides a methodology for helping leaders, professionals, and emerging staff identify and address their blind spots using practical tools and reflection. Individuals often have habitual ways of acting and behaving that can get in the way of their commitments (e.g., well-being, peace of mind, confidence, communication, authentic relationships). Contextual leadership allows organizations to reveal and eliminate any invisible constraints and limitations that are operating in the background of the organizational culture.
Hosting up to 36 attendees, the one-day intensive session will begin at 8 a.m. and end at 5 p.m. on Thursday, January 19. Check-in will begin at 7:30 a.m. Lunch, coffee, water, and snacks will be provided.
Please select the ticket option to register and confirm your spot. EventBrite allows you to pay via credit card, or you can select the invoice option to pay by check. The cost of the session is $495.00. Tuition concessions are available upon request; contact kristy@ovfv.org with questions before registering for the session.
If you are interested in registering multiple team members from your organization (limited to 6 per organization), you may do so through EventBrite.
By submitting this registration form, you are confirming an available spot at the event. If you are no longer interested, please let us know immediately so that we can open that spot for another attendee. Your seat is not final until payment is processed.
In order to get the maximum value from the program, we ask that you clear your calendar for the duration of the program. If you are unable to do so, we recommend that you participate in another program that works for you.
There will be two five-week sessions starting in February and again in April. The February session registration is https://TradeUpContextualLeadershipFiveSeries.eventbrite.com. The five-week series will begin on February 2 on Thursdays - February 2, February 9, February 23, March 2, and March 9.
